Mere Christianity

CS Lewis was an atheist through the Second World War but through many years of considerations and experience and learning he resigned his pride in the simplicity of atheism and embraced the epistemological truth of accepting an almighty creator who exists outside of space and time and accepting Jesus as God and he was called a reluctant convert to Christianity. He lost his mother at an early age and he suffered the trauma of war but he realized that the truth of the five sensors were not sufficient to truly embrace the truth of life and the universe. This book is an important insight into Protestant apologetics in comparison to the Catholic understanding which I have. CS Lewis was a lecturer at Oxford University and also it Cambridge University and he came to a point where the best way he could present his apologetics was through his created world of 'The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe' and 'The Chronicles of Narnia’.
